Focus on Mastering Japanese (Minimum N4 or JFT-Basic)
Japanese language proficiency is a key requirement. If you want to be accepted quickly:
- Take an intensive Japanese language course (target to pass the JLPT N4 in 6 months)
- I'Mc Center offer Japanese language courses. Please contact us for more details via our official WhatsApp number 0812-1635-7443

 - Or take the JFT-Basic test (as it's faster and is often used for tokutei ginou visas).
 - Practice your speaking and listening skills, as job interviews in Japan are rarely conducted in English.

Choose the Most Realistic Path
For those who want to get a job quickly and don't have a bachelor's degree, the Tokutei Ginou (SSW) or internship (kikoku jisshusei) pathway is the most common.
- Tokutei Ginou (SSW): For nursing care, construction, restaurant, food processing, etc.
- Requirements: JFT-Basic or JLPT N4 + proficiency certificate.

 - Technical Internship (TITP): 3-years program in Japan.
- Requirements: Moderate; high school graduates can start.

Take the Interview Seriously

Tips for Checking and Ensuring Legality
According to BP3MI (Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Service Center):
- Only P3MI (Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Companies) with SIP3MI permits from the Ministry of P2MI can actually send participants to Japan. LPKs can only train.
 - SO (Sending Organizations) are training institutions that also have permits to send participants. All SOs have LPK permits, but not all LPKs have SO permits.
 - You can check the legality of the institution's name on the official portals:
- siskop2mi.bp2mi.go.id (for SIP3MI P3MI)
 - so.kemnaker.go.id (for SO LPK)
 - kelembagaan.kemnaker.go.id (for LPK list)

Additional Tips :
- Be active in official and informative Japanese Facebook groups/job communities.
 - Many SSW and internship opportunities are posted directly there.
 - Practice language and skills tests frequently to avoid retaking them.
